Samyak Infitech Pvt. Ltd. submitted Spot Billing Mobile Application for Nomination of Best Mobile Application development Company - Gujarat.

This solution is a Mobile Bill collection System built around mobile technology.
It is designed to support service providers to efficiently manage Spot billing and collection from subscribers.
Solution comprises of Mobile application, server application and data base server.

Utility companies like Electricity, GAS, TV Channel etc. These companies have Periodic collection from the subscribers.

This is a three tier Mobile application.
The Administrator will register the Mobile of the Collection clerk with the server.
A Mobile Application will be loaded on the Mobile of the Collection clerk.
When a Collection clerk starts Application, the Mobile will be connected to Samyak Server Application through GPRS connection.
The server will authenticate the Registered Mobile with his user name and password.
The Collection clerk will now send request to Server Application for details of customer.
Server Application will fetch relevant Data from the Database as per the requests from Mobile Users.
Server application will send all information requested by different Mobile users.
The information, received from server application will be displayed on Mobile of the collection clerk.
The Collection clerk will enter the required receipt Information Like (Amount, Cheque/Cash, Cheque No. etc) on his mobile and submits the operation.
These data will be transferred to server application and subsequently stored in Data base after proper validation.
When payment confirmation is done on the Mobile application, an SMS containing payment details will be generated and sent to Customer’s Mobile number as well as receipt will be printed for the Customer online.
