It contains maintenance of Books (Software books and
Manuals), CDs (Licensed Software CDs, (Applications Developed
at Samyak) Project CDs).
Anyone can easily access the library contents through
this information.
This system allows the maintenance of all types of Books
and CDs within the library through a proper channel, issue-receipt
of Books and CDs.
This system also provides different reports.
Books/CDs are maintained by using a unique numbering
system with a code appended to the number which signifies
to which category the book/cd belongs to (E.g. Java, VB,
VC++ etc.). This number enables you for searching the
required book/cd in the library.
Due to the unique numbering scheme given to the books/cds
depending on its categories, any new book/CD entry to
a particular category does not require the whole system
to be reshuffled.
